## Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent organisational skills to support our real estate operations.

The primary goal of the Real Estate Consultant is to create awareness around the Sociallocket brand as part of driving Sales. By combining technology, sales and marketing frameworks and practices together, the real estate consultant partner will strategically create inviting, on and offline campaigns through utilizing systems and processes for both consumers and clients. They will work closely with the wider Sociallocket team to deliver on projects and business milestones.

## Main Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will;

• Generate and source potential leads.
• Code call clients.
• Architect, design and implement on and offline sales campaigns (email & social).
• Architect, design and implement sales pipelines.
• Align sales campaigns with sales pipelines.
• Manage all marketing channels (both on and offline).

## Experience and Skills

• An understanding of a Sales Assistant, Sales Officer, IT Support and or similar role in supporting global SAAS products and or Real Estate Industry.
• An understanding of (no experience needed) delivering sales campaigns.
• An understanding of (no experience needed) implementing sales or marketing frameworks.
• An understanding of sales or marketing frameworks and principles.
• Self-motivated and passionate about learning.
• Strong time management and interpersonal skill.
• Experience working with a distributed/remote team.

## Additional Preferences

• Experience in designing and successfully delivering GTM (Go To Market) strategies.
• Experience with project management and tools such as Jira and Trello.
• Team management - recruitment, training, 1-2-1.
