AudioStack is looking for a Founder's Associate - People & Operations based in London, who wants to apply their skills and experience to take their career to the next level and help AudioStack scale to the next level

This is an exciting role within AudioStack with enormous growth potential. Your goal is work across the company and to help us scale our operations and people function. You'll have a say in designing and improving our processes along with the trust and autonomy to make those decisions. Working alongside our Chief of Staff and the founders of AudioStack, this is a great opportunity to make an impact at a business wide level!

What you will be doing?

  • You think and act like a founder: You will get responsibility from day one for a variety of operational and strategic initiatives. You act as an in-house consultant and work directly with the leadership team to uncover needs and bottlenecks. All projects will have a critical impact on our company and directly relate to our mission of creating audio at scale.
  • Enable team growth: This includes establishing the AudioStack brand to attract talent, defining staffing needs with the leadership team, and managing the candidate lifecyle from first interview to onboarding. Throughout this, you reflect our mission and get people excited to join AudioStack.
  • Own our operations: You are in charge of our operations (finance, legal, HR, office) and make our office a place people love to work at. You continuously strive to improve the efficiency and quality of our operations by e.g. implementing new tools or automating tasks.
  • Establish our company culture: You plan unforgettable team events to keep the fantastic team spirit at AudioStack, own strategic initiatives to increase employee engagement and diversity, and run retrospectives to get feedback on how we can continuously improve.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in building great businesses.
  • Passion for learning and personal growth.
  • Personable, likeable and professional.
  • The ability to think outside of the box and come up with new processes.
  • Proficiency in professional English.
  • Spanish language skills (a plus, but not required).
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
