Job Responsibility:
We are looking for a commis sommelier to join our team at Umu restaurant.
Based in the heart of Mayfair this is an intimate, very elegant restaurant and we are looking after the best clientele in this area.
As a commis sommelier, you will be involved in the daily running of the service, stock control, and support the senior sommeliers in the team.
We are looking for a candidate with a good command of English, a Michelin star background would be a plus but most importantly someone with a real passion for hospitality and a positive attitude.
We are proud of our extensive wine/sake list with not only more than 1000 wine references but also 150 sake references which is the biggest in Europe.
