Job Responsibility:

We are recruiting for an Associate to join our Real Estate team in Bristol. This role is offered on a flexible working basis and would best suit a qualified lawyer 1+ year's PQE.

Your Role

As a key addition to our growing team, you can expect to be involved with:

  • Varied work for a range of clients spanning non-contentious real estate matters including investment, asset management, real estate finance, corporate support and restructuring
  • Working closely with the Partners and collaborating with colleagues nationwide
  • Taking an active involvement in business development, nurturing both existing and new client relationships
  • Contributing to the long term growth and development of our Real Estate offering

Your Skills & Experience

We are looking for:

  • A Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered), 1-4 year's PQE with a legal background in a real estate/commercial property team
  • A forward thinker, with proven analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
  • Client focussed approach with the ability to nurture long standing relationships
  • Collaborative approach to work and supporting other team members
