Job Responsibility:

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Duties- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.- Manage customer accounts, process orders, and provide product information.- Utilise time management skills to handle a high volume of customer inquiries efficiently.- Organise and maintain customer records accurately.- Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue.- Demonstrate basic maths skills when processing payments and refunds.

1) Create .pdf, .jpeg, .eps or .Ai files on Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for the T-shirts or any other types of garments printing or signage or to make personalised gifts making such as a Mug or slate

2) Create .pdf files for the Flyers, booklet, business cards, menus, banners etc printing. (programme we use mostly is Adobe Illustrator)

3) You need to use our printing machine to print a banner or a posters or vinyl stickers

4) You need to use our T-shirt heat press machine to print any types of garments such as a Hoody or a Sweatshirt

5) You need to use our Mug Heat press machine to print on mug

6) Taking passport/ID/Visa/Driving Licence photo using a camera and print with accurate sizes for different countries requirements.

7) Opening and closing the shop 8) Taking and making phone calls, sending/reading emails to our customers for their orders or query etc.

9) Printing photos and putting into the photo frame

10) Making other types of personalised gifts such as Keyrings.

11) General copy, print, scanning, laminating, binding etc.

12) Making photo canvas (just put into the stretcher bar, but not making the actual frame/bars)

13) Logo creation using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator

14) Create .pdf or .eps or .Ai file for the vinyl cut out or other types of rigid signage etc (we do not do rigid signs cut here in the shop, but use outsourcing)

15) Many other relevant task involve for this position

Requirements- Excellent communication skills in English.- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.- Strong organisational skills to maintain accurate customer records.- Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £9.53-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
