Job Responsibility:

Part Time Night Porter/Food Service Assistant

We are looking to recruit for a role that is split between two departments ensuring a full time and permanent position.

The Night Porter shifts will be 2 nights per week covering the days off of our full time night porter.

This will be a full time role to cover night porter holidays.

Hours of work are 11pm until 8am ensuring the hotel is safe and secure during the night and to be on hand for any assistance guests may require. Two days off will follow the night shifts and then three days per week working in our Restaurant.

The restaurant position is split shifts covering breakfast and dinner service and duties include:

· Taking orders for food and beverages

· Serving food and beverages in a professional manner

· Setting and cleaning tables for breakfast and dinner service

· Checking with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals

· Stocking service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens

Applicants must be reliable and trustworthy, friendly, confident, have charisma and enjoy meeting and engaging with customers.
