• Efficiently manage a section of around 4 - 6 tables
• Effectively communicate menu items and allergens to guests
• Guide guests from the beginning to the end of their dining experience, providing positive, outstanding guest experience
• Work collaboratively with team members, maintaining Delaware North's standards of excellence

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Comfortable handling various alcohol and meat products
• Wearing a uniform of self-provided black trousers, smart black shoes, and Delaware North will provide the rest; please note that no jewellery can be on display, except for a wedding band or watch
• Body art is acceptable, but Delaware North reserves the right to refuse entry to any person whose body art is or could be understood as offensive
