We are looking for a Full Time or Part Time Auction Coordinator to join our busy, dynamic team at Auction House Cumbria. We are a leading property auction company based in the heart of Carlisle City Centre, committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career in the property industry within a supportive and fast-paced environment. The role will be based at our office located in the centre of Carlisle during weekdays from 9am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as a point of contact for sellers, buyers and solicitors, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional client service.
• Managing diaries efficiently to coordinate valuations and arrange property viewings.
• Using and updating online-based management systems.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a property-related position is desirable.
• Experience with online-based management systems is essential.
