Role Overview:

The Operations Intermediate Analyst deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.

What you'll do:

• Perform analysis to support governance and support in the execution of the Manager Control Assessment and appropriate approval of risk associated with business changes.
• Provide support in assessing the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the implementation of the Control Framework.
• Perform analysis to support with the identification of issue root cause in accordance with Issue Management and Escalation Policies.
• Assess the implementation of the Lessons Learned Policy, including monitoring of control breaches for process improvement to limit the occurrence of risk exposure.
• Provide analysis and challenge process, on the effective design and management of controls to mitigate risks.
• Assess the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of the MCA through controls prior to the execution of a process.
• Provide analysis of Operational and Compliance Risk in accordance with established Policy requirements.

• Evaluate Risk Appetite and assess exposures against this in accordance with enterprise requirements.

What we'll need from you:

• Project management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Problem solver with the ability to translate plans in actions
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
