Job Title Vetting Resource Assistant Job Description Reports to: People Services Lead UK Location: London - Heathrow Introduction to role Vanderlande is the global market leader in automation systems and solutions for customers within the Airports, Parcel & Warehousing sectors striving to improve the competitiveness of our customers through Value Added logistic process automation. Vetting Resource Assistant supports employees, managers and HR Pass Advisor with maintaining and updating and submitting Airside Passes and relevant documentation. Role Responsibilities As a Vetting Resource Assistant, you will have an important role in ensuring quality standards for each Airside Pass application by maintaining strong and positive working relationships with the Airport ID Centers and identifying any areas of risk. Documents and information are uploaded in a timely and accurate manner to ensure you are following the correct policies. In general, you have the possibility to receive a deep focus on operational excellence within Airside Pass queries and a deep focus on attention to detail would be required. This opportunity is permanent on a part time contract for 25 hours. Your responsibilities and activities will include:
- Create a professional and effective first point of contact for all internal customers regarding Airside Pass queries
- Extensive support by organising Security interviews with employees
- Meet defined SLAs by providing accurate, consistent and timely services
- Acting as a strong link between several stakeholders to create an effective and good working relationship within all departments to meet the customer expectations
- Day-to-day management of general HR administrative and office responsibilities
Role Qualification and Skills
- Educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent
- Have high attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors or areas of inconsistency/risk
- Able to prioritise and looking to be supportive to the team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills combined with proficient expertise in MS Office
