Job Responsibility:

SUMMARY: Cumbria Youth Alliance are seeking to appoint 1 Youth Outreach Link worker to work in partnership with DWP staff to identify and support a cohort of up to 24, 16- 24-year-olds who live in Barrow/ Millom/ Ulverston and surrounding areas. You would be working in outreach locations to explore pathways into employment, further education or training.

SALARY: £25,500-£29,000 with stakeholder pension + mileage allowance + health benefits + 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays + optional hybrid working

LOCATION: Barrow/ Millom / Ulverston

CONTRACT: Fixed Term 31/03/2026

HOURS: FT - 37 hrs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,500.00-£29,000.00 per year
