First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Planning Manager to join our friendly Asset Investment team and on a permanent basis

You will spend your time supporting the Head of Asset Investment Strategy in implementing the organization's Asset Management Strategy, along with related strategies, policies, and procedures.

Your responsibilities include maintaining data integrity within FCHO systems to ensure a reliable and precise 30-year investment delivery program. You will also contribute to enhancing energy and carbon efficiency for FCHO assets.

You will assist the Assets Team in developing and upholding the Business Plan, providing customers with affordable, decent, low-carbon housing, and social solutions, aligning with the organization's strategic goals. This includes meeting the organization's statutory and regulatory objectives.

You will consistently work towards FCHO's vision, exemplifying and modeling its values and behaviors while fostering positive working practices and policies related to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Safety, Wellbeing, and Safeguarding.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate:

  • Qualification (minimum HNC) in data/statistics management and/or construction/property services
  • EXPERIENCE around managing and leading a team, working within a data capture and analysis.
  • KNOWLEDGE around, business intelligence reporting, asset management and housing management systems.
  • Understands the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion and demonstrates this by treating colleagues and customers fairly and equitably
