Job Responsibility:

We're looking for a Head of Social Media to join our KISS team on a full-time permanent basis. As the Head of Social Media for KISS, you will collaborate closely with senior business members to execute the social media and online content strategy across KISS, KISSTORY, and KISS Fresh. Leading a team of content creators, you will ensure the quality and creativity of editorial and commercial content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube while also managing high-profile talent and overseeing the visual strategy for key KISS events. Your role will also involve tracking performance metrics, hiring freelancers when necessary, and providing strategic direction for the long-term evolution of the KISS brand. We follow a hybrid working model, you will be expected to work from home and our office location in London. • Collaborating with senior business members to execute social media and online content strategy across KISS, KISSTORY, and KISS Fresh.
• Serving as the go-to social media expert, working closely with teams across radio programming, marketing, music, and commercial.
• Representing the social media team in network meetings and throughout the business.
• Overseeing both editorial and commercial content plans, ensuring all social posts align with the KISS brand.
• Reviewing and approving content, providing feedback and ensuring high-quality output on all KISS social channels.
• Guiding the visual strategy for KISS events, including KISS Ibiza, KISSTORY, and KISS Haunted House Party.
• Managing high-profile talent in-studio, on location, and at events, coordinating with talent teams and agents.
• Leading content creation, developing new digital formats, and tracking performance metrics to evolve content strategies.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience driving reach, engagement, and follower growth across social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Expert knowledge of social media platforms, including scheduling, posting, and data analysis via platform backends or third-party tools.
• Sharp eye for trends and content topics that capture and retain audience attention.
• Proficient in creating video content in-app, including recording TikTok trends and using mobile editing tools like CapCut.
• Skilled in using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop for creating social media graphics and video thumbnails.
• Confident in discussing video production, including professional cameras, sound, and lighting.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to different tones of voice
• Deep understanding of the social media landscape, including platform evolutions and emerging platforms.
