- **Size:** 1400 sq ft. of versatile space including a soft floor area, fully equipped gym, and a dedicated yoga studio upstairs.

- **Amenities:** Onsite sauna, showers, and toilets. We offer a true escape in a beautiful countryside setting with a large car park.

- **Equipment:** 6 squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, slam balls, and even a 40ft bouldering wall.

- **Flexibility:** The space is yours to customize. Adapt it to fit your style of training and business model.

**Flexible Rent Structure:**

- **Start small and grow:**

- First 3 months: £250/month

- Next 3 months: £500/month

- After 6 months: £800/month

- **Additional Costs:** Only the electric bill is added on top.

**Income Potential:**

With the right effort, earning between £3,000 and £5,000 per month is well within reach. With my guidance, you can scale even higher.

**Support and Mentorship:**

- **One-on-One Coaching:** I'll offer regular sessions to help you build your business, from improving your skills to implementing strategies that can push you toward £10k per month if you're ready to work hard.
