Working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment, the Activity Manager is responsible for leading project teams to successfully plan, develop and execute product activities to market.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven business experience (either Brand management/ Innovation, Supply Chain or Finance function), including 1 year of Project Management experience or related work
  • Experience of leading and delivering via cross functional teams
  • Solid critical thinking skills and a proven ability to prioritise
  • A drive to make things happen and a logical solution based approach

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Leadership of projects from initial project brief to completion in market.
  • Leading Activity Meetings across multiple Categories. Involving identifying and leading cross functional teams to deliver against the brief and ensuring that activity objectives and key deliverables are met. Be the ‘voice of reason', having a non-biased view and manage critical conversations around this to ensure the activity comes to the right conclusion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to time and find solutions when off-track.
  • Implement and share learnings with relevant stakeholders
  • Create and manage project timelines, identifying the critical path, key decision points and issues that may require escalation.
  • Co-ordinate implementation. To include, ensuring New Line Form completion, communicating with distributors, management of coding information, commercial contract SAP set up.
