Are you a customer-focused strategist with a knack for developing winning propositions? We have an excellent opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Customer Proposition Manager In this role, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of innovative customer and commercial propositions that will enhance the overall customer experience. As the Customer Proposition Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross functional teams to utilise customer data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement, ultimately driving future growth for the company. You will be the customer champion, working closely with project delivery teams to bring these propositions to life to attract new customers to rail and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience. As the ideal candidate, you will have a deep understanding of customer proposition strategy and development and possess a creative and collaborative mindset. With a strong ability to analyse customer data, you will play a crucial role in identifying business needs and generating innovative solutions. Benefits include:
