About the team and the role

As the Talent Resource Assistant you will be collaborating with, and supporting the Talent Partners by reviewing and sourcing the best talent not only for current roles but also identifying diverse talent for future opportunities. This position is primarily candidate facing, so a pro-active, positive and solutions-based attitude, as well as impeccable written and verbal communication skills are a must.

What you'll do

  • Supporting the full end to end recruitment process for various head office and customer service roles.
  • Reviewing candidate applications and understand their current status and availability through strong pre-screening practice, and deliver an engaging candidate experience and prepare the candidate for Ocado Retail's further hiring process
  • Coordinating assessment & interview centres for our high volume/ bulk vacancies such as our early years recruitment, contact centre and D&I roles
  • Assist with managing the applicant tracking system, distributing applications to hiring teams, creating and circulating reports, and updating the ATS with interview notes and status changes.
  • Managing the candidate through the process, ensuring we deliver an inclusive and equitable hiring process through our practices.
  • Identifying, engaging and build a network of active and passive candidates using LinkedIn for current and future opportunities within Ocado Retail
  • Ensure that interviews are booked efficiently and that all hiring managers receive the appropriate materials prior to interviews.
  • Working with the team to ensure we promote our employer branding across various platforms
  • Administration support including; advertising roles, updating ATS, offer emails and contracts.

Who you are

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking with candidates and stakeholders
  • You are organised, able to prioritise your workload and have the ability to work in a fast paced agile environment
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Experience in a similar role within either an agency or in-house environment would be desirable
