CLCH Hertfordshire Adult Community Services - CLCH NHS Trust provides a range of Community Services, and the Hertfordshire Division is recruiting! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and innovative Podiatry Clinical and Operational Lead in Hertfordshire. We are looking for an applicant who is dynamic and passionate about their work. Based in Hemel Hempstead, you will lead the Podiatry team across West Hertfordshire and work closely alongside the clinical and administrative teams with support from the Clinical Head of Service to develop services to provide a modern and robust service. We are looking for an inspirational and approachable leader, who works in a non-judgmental way, building robust working relationships within the multi-disciplinary team and with our patient group. You will provide support to individuals and teams but be able to make decisions to strengthen performance and deliver quality outcomes for the local population. The post holder will be accountable for the provision of effective professional leadership and pro-active resource management for all relevant pathways.
