Job Responsibility:

JOB REF: 1971: INCLUSION COORDINATOR (REDUCED YEAR)

Salary is £25,296 - £26,147 per annum (pro rata to £28,799 - £29,768 per annum), dependent on qualifications and experience

37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 39 weeks per year

We are currently looking to recruit a driven and experienced individual to work closely with the SEND Managers around all aspects of the EHCP process, including contributing to consultations, EHC Assessment requests and chairing Annual Reviews via the LCC HUB to ensure statutory timelines are met.

This is an exciting opportunity with duties including: ensuring educational/preparing for adulthood outcomes for learners are met, providing IAG to curriculum teams re. support strategies and adapted delivery, supporting transition processes, managing all relevant administration and records, liaising with external agencies and other college departments.

Strong IT skills are required with an excellent command of both verbal and written communication skills; however training and support will be given to the right candidate to develop and allow them to achieve key elements of the role that are identified in the job description.
