Job Description:

Customer Experience Support Team AdministratorSolihull Clinic & Dental, Birmingham (B91 3RX)Hybrid working options available (e.g. up to 3 days WFH)£25,250 + fantastic benefitsFull time (40 Hours)

Role Overview

To ensure all administrative activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. To answer customer queries by phone and email to support customers with their Bupa experience. To contribute as a support network in providing outstanding customer service to our customers every time they touch base with us.

What You'll Do:

  • Complete all administrative tasks accurately and efficiently

  • Offer an outstanding customer service

  • Contribute fully to the team and the team goals

  • Ensure compliance with all operational control standards i.e. Wellness Quality standards, clinical governance, and legal requirements

  • Ensure compliance with the business Quality Management System

  • Financial administrative duties

  • Accurate records maintained

  • Answer phone calls and emails from customers in a timely manner

What You'll Bring:

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

  • Team working experience

  • PC literate - proficient in MS Office packages

  • Audio Typing Knowledge of Medical Terminology (desirable)

  • Transferable Customer service skills

  • Well organised & can-do attitude
