Job Responsibility:

Human Resources Administrator(Maternity Cover) We currently have an open opportunity to join our HR team as HR Administrator. You will assist the HR Officer to deliver an excellent customer service by providing efficient and timely transactional processing support in the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes pre-employment checking and candidate management and general HR Office administartion. With highly developed interpersonal skills you will be confident to advise hiring managers on policy and best practice. The ability to use your own initiative, constantly prioritise your own workload and have a pro-active approach is key for this role. Salary:£26,000.00 per annum We are looking for applicants who have: Experience in a similar or administration role and using Windows XP, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Meticulous attention to detail Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
