Salary from £32,135 to £35,304 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £37,641 pa inclusive of London allowance

LSE is the world's leading social science institution, which attracts students from across the globe. The Residential and Catering Services Division (RCSD) is responsible for the halls of residence and catering facilities at the LSE. We aim to provide first class, affordable, services to staff and students to support and enhance the LSE community.

RCSD is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly organise and pro-active individual to fill a key customer focused role. As part of the Residential Services Office, the post holder will be responsible for maintaining services aimed at supporting students in residences owned, managed or run in partnership with LSE. The post-holder will be a source of information and advice to students about accommodation.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of delivering good customer service and be able to input information accurately into databases. You must be willing to play an active role in a high performing flexible team to maintain a high level of customer service. Above all, we're looking for someone who relishes working with students and who has the ability to maintain positive working relationships with all our customers.
