Job Responsibility:
Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Apprentice Aftersales Advisor to join our KIA dealership in Brentwood. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consultant on their vehicles serving, answering any questions or queries they may have. This is a full-time position offered on a 3 year Apprenticeship Agreement, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week with a basic salary of £13,312, reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
As an Apprentice aftersales advisor you will be expected to be the face and voice of the whole customer experience from the minute a booking is made to when the customer returns to collect their vehicle. After relevant training and ongoing support, you will be expected to:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
- Achieving set performance targets by upselling products
- Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines
- Booking vehicles into the workshop
