You'll help us make health happen by:

  • Working closely with the Head of Care, you'll provide all the administrative support needed for our on-site care home

  • Answering the phone in a friendly and courteous manner

  • Supporting with the rotas and contacting agencies for staff cover

  • Taking notes at meetings and maintaining the filing system

  • Ensuring housekeeping within the office is of a high standard

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

With previous experience in an office environment, you're confident using Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. Friendly and professional, both face to face and over the phone, you're organised and able to work well within a team. With a dedicated and efficient work ethic, you thrive in a busy environment and are able to handle a varied workload.
