Job Overview:We are seeking a talented and visionary Film Director with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in directing, preferably within the adult entertainment industry, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of film production, from pre-production to post-production. This role requires someone who is not only creative but also understands the importance of maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment on set.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise, plan, and execute adult film productions, ensuring alignment with the company's creative vision and brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with producers, writers, performers, and crew to develop compelling narratives and innovative content.
• Direct performers and crew on set, providing clear guidance while fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
• Ensure all productions adhere to industry standards of consent, performer safety, and legal compliance.
• Oversee all stages of production, including pre-production (casting, location scouting, script breakdown), production (on-set direction, camera work, lighting), and post-production (editing, sound design, final cuts).
• Work within budgetary constraints and production schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Film Director, preferably within the adult entertainment industry or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work, with an emphasis on visual storytelling and creativity.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining a professional and respectful atmosphere on set.
• Deep understanding of performer boundaries, consent, and safety protocols.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of video production, lighting, and editing techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
