Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of office operations. This role involves various administrative tasks

You will support the team with extra resource initially 3 months with possibility of extension.

Main Duties

  • Facilities management,
  • customer service mailbox,
  • scanned mail and corporate switchboard experience –
  • ideally/desirable FM experience, and
  • customer service experience.
  • Provide effective facilities management services across office portfolio, providing excellent customer service to both residents and staff.

Must have essential experience required

  • Experience of facilities management or similar related work
  • Excellent experience of interacting and communicating (both written and verbal) with different clientele groups (corporate and operational), which may be challenging in terms of requirements and/or their behaviours
  • Experience of supporting a dispersed workforce
  • Sound understanding and experience of Health and Safety within an office
  • Good understanding of Business Continuity Planning

You will be able to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines in a customer service environment.The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and writing skills and have experience of working in a customer facing role, with excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.This is a demanding, but very satisfying role and would suit anyone who enjoys a varied and interesting job within a friendly, supportive and hard-working team.

Office based 5 days, Mon-Fri /rota – 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm weekly rota may need to cover reception for sickness and leave
