Job Description :

As a Customer Service Trainee, you’ll learn the ins and outs of customer care, problem-solving, and relationship-building. Under the guidance of our experienced team, you will handle various customer interactions and gain essential skills to support our clients with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to senior team members as needed
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions
  • Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Pay: From £24,389.00 per year
