About Us:We are a leading provider of fleet management solutions, offering 24/7 support to our clients to ensure their vehicles remain on the road and fully operational. Our call centre plays a critical role in managing vehicle breakdowns, maintenance requests, and driver assistance, especially during out-of-hours periods.
Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our out-of-hours support team. As a Fleet Controller, you will handle incoming calls from drivers and clients, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who can work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Set Saturday shift 12 pm to 6 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from drivers and fleet operators regarding breakdowns, maintenance, or other vehicle-related issues.
- Handling calls and scheduling emergency jobs for our clients
- Coordinating emergency assistance, including arranging vehicle repairs and towing services.
- Liaising with service providers, garages, and suppliers to manage fleet maintenance and repairs.
- Updating systems and logs with accurate information and tracking the progress of each case.
- Escalating urgent issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Providing high-quality customer service and maintaining a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or logistics (desirable but not required).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Computer literacy and experience using call centre systems or CRM software is a plus.
