The Role:

As a Field Sales Executive, you will:

• Visit properties to assess customers' needs, present our damp proofing services, and close sales deals.
• Receive full training to become a qualified Damp Surveyor, enabling you to conduct surveys and provide professional advice to customers on damp and timber issues.
• Collaborate closely with our experienced team of surveyors and technicians to learn the technical aspects of damp surveying.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and provide excellent service from start to finish.
• Sell our services and convert surveys to paying jobs.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in property, construction, or a related industry.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain services clearly and build strong relationships with customers.
• Willingness to Learn: Enthusiasm to gain new skills and knowledge in damp surveying and property diagnostics.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Full UK Driving License: The role involves visiting clients at their properties.
