Café and Retail Team Member - temporary position but might be extended depending on level of business growth.

We are looking for two multi-skilled and dynamic team members to help run our ever increasing busy café and retail store located in the heart of Exeter.

Are you an enthusiastic barista with experience working in a café environment, ideally with knowledge of working with freshly baked goods and interesting seasonal café dishes? Do you have retail experience, working with customers both online and offline?

We are looking for two multi-skilled team members with fantastic customer service facing skills. You will be expected to be outgoing and positive, always providing a memorable experience whilst still able to work quickly, cleanly and proficiently.

You will be working flexible hours over five days, of which one shift will include a weekend day. Or if part time, working at least three days over seven days, of which one will be a weekend shift.

Basic rate of pay will start at £11.50 an hour (depending on your age and experience).

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week/ or less hours if hiring two part-timers.

Must be available to work up until January 2025 and hopefully beyond.
