Job Responsibility:

Store Manager

rooster shack is a fast food outlet this means we require someone who can work hard and get tasks done.

Duties:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.- Ensure the store is properly stocked with merchandise and maintain accurate inventory records.- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.- Train and supervise store staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing ongoing training and development opportunities.- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting.

Requirements:- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.- Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.- Exceptional time management skills to ensure efficient store operations.- Effective communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors.- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required.
