Wilkinson and Associates are delighted to be partnering with one of our top clients on the search for a Credit Manager.

The Credit Control Manager will assist the head of department in leading the Credit Control function, specifically focusing on Key Accounts ensuring successful delivery of KPIs, strong people engagement and excellent stakeholder management. In addition, they will be responsible for leading a team of Credit Controllers. The ability to provide practical support to this team on a daily basis is essential.

As a Leadership Role, the holder should have a passion for people, guiding the team to achieve their objectives.

The ability to lead through change and inspire will be integral to success in this role. Being able to facilitate the development of the team, to meet/exceed targets, in addition to successful execution against wider company-wide objectives, is critical to this role.

The successful candidate will be strategic in approach, taking opportunities to drive positive change on a global basis by gathering meaningful insight, engaging key stakeholders, and considering appropriate controls and the successful candidate must be able to communicate with a variety of senior stakeholders, successfully managing expectations, negotiating outcomes, and managing through periods of change. Reporting on department targets and confidently presenting updates to the Operational Leadership Team.

Key Experience Sought :

• Providing coaching, feedback and developing people
• Previous experience of leading people is essential
• Management of a ledger containing complex clients with bespoke billing arrangements, high value billables and self-billing clients is essential
• Self-starter with proven track record in end-to-end collections and credit risk management
