Total Pilates has an exciting opportunity for a Pilates Matwork Teacher at it's new studio based at Midlands Physio in Kidderminster.

Total Pilates is a well established Pilates Studio, specialising in Pilates for women during menopause, midlife and beyond.

We have built a strong reputation in the area over the past 10 years, and have a following of enthusiastic clients who appreciate our friendly and supportive classes, through our commitment to high quality teaching standards, while ensuring everyone in class feels included, regardless of their limitations.

Our clients work with us to help them manage menopausal symptoms, help manage joint and arthritis pain, recover after hip or knee replacements, and back problems. We also educate women on the importance of maintaining muscle strength and bone health during midlife, and have specialist classes running for this purpose.

As the only Pilates Studio in the area specialising in Pilates for midlife women, we currently have an exciting and unique opportunity for a talented Pilates Teacher to join the studio, to help develop our current class timetable, and to lead new specialist classes and workshops.

We are looking for someone who understands, or willing to learn about the issues that women experience during this time of life, who shows empathy, a caring nature, and always puts the clients ability, concerns, and feelings towards exercise first. The teacher would also be responsible for delivering our successful Midlife Pilates Programmes, making suitable adaptations for this age group, but adding their own individual style of teaching. Guidance will be given for these programmes.

Total Pilates can help you enhance your teaching through in-house and external training, and help you develop your knowledge of the important aspects of women's health during this life stage.

Must be able to drive, and have a recognised Pilates qualification.

Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
