CF Social Work are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our office-based team in Ipswich as a Recruitment & Compliance Officer.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Recruitment and Compliance Officer to join our team. We have a rigorous compliance process to ensure that we recruit the very best, and are committed to ongoing support and training to enable colleagues to work to the standard we require.

CF Social Work provides independent social worker and psychology services, alongside our thriving education service for children and young people struggling to access mainstream school and our children's homes for children and young people currently accommodated by the local authority.

Key Responsibilities
1. Providing end-to-end recruitment alongside other members of the recruitment team.
2. Support regular follow-up meetings, with managers, to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
3. Develop positive relationships with colleagues, contracted staff, and outside agencies.
4. Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
5. Undertake other ad-hoc duties as may be required by HRBP.
6. Auditing files as required.
The ideal candidate:
· Will have previous experience within Recruitment and Compliance.
· Preferably experience within a Social Care / Education setting.
· Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a pressurised environment, subject to changing workloads and conflicting priorities.
· Experience of working in an environment requiring attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to multi-task, use initiative and organise the workload to meet deadlines and to work as part of a team.
· Excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Ability to travel for recruitment events when required.
· Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative.
· Experience in interviewing.
