Job Description:
• Lead the creation and development of high-quality decks for new and existing business ideas, including proposals, pitches, and strategic plans.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and tailor presentations to meet specific audience needs.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support the development of compelling business narratives and data-driven insights.
• Design visually engaging slides that communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all presentation materials.
• Ensure that decks are aligned with business goals, industry trends, and market insights.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and ensuring a high standard of work.
• Provide strategic guidance on presentation structure, content flow, and persuasive messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in presentation design and business communication best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and offer feedback on their work to maintain quality and consistency.
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in creating business decks for senior executives, investors, and clients, ideally within a corporate or consultancy setting.
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote, and other presentation tools, with advanced design skills.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, and financial metrics.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality presentations under tight deadlines.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a similar area would be beneficial. This provides foundational knowledge of business strategy, communication, and design principles.
A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or a related field could be an advantage, particularly for understanding advanced business strategies and concepts.
Extensive practical experience in creating presentations for senior executives and familiarity with business strategy and data-driven insights are key elements.
