Job Title: PA to Director / Property Administrator

Company: Multiple brands

Location: Ashford Surrey (TW15 2QN)

Job Type: Full-time

Expected Hours: 08:15 – 18:00 Monday – Friday (Weekends Available 08:45 – 16:00)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (every other Saturday with a day off in lieu)

Work Location: In person

About Us:

We are a very dynamic and fast-paced Letting agency based in Ashford, Surrey and Guildford, specialising in both sales and lettings. We are committed to providing excellent service to our clients and are looking for an energetic and confident PA Administrator to work alongside the Director.

We consist of four individual companies, with a 5th to be launched soon

Main Purpose of the Role:

As a PA/Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various offices and companies. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting the team, and maintaining efficient office processes. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, a team player, excellent communication skills and has extensive knowledge of the Property industry.

Admin activities of the office include but are not limited to:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Maintaining and updating databases and CRM
  • Communicating and resolving maintenance issues tenants have
  • Ensuring all managed properties are compliant with regulation
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Assisting with marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Providing administrative support to the team where needed
  • Taking photos and measuring properties
  • Updating social media accounts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the Lettings Industry
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in taking photos and measuring properties
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in the property industry
  • Experience using CRM systems like JUPIX
