Job Description :

As the Marketing Assistant, you will help to create catalogues, emails and sales materials, advertisements and marketing collateral, adhering to strict brand guidelines for the Company and its clients, where applicable.

Responsibilities and Duties

These will include but not be limited to:

  • compiling and distributing reports
  • assisting with social media, creating posts and replying to comments
  • supporting the marketing team with direct response campaigns
  • setting up campaigns
  • proofing
  • co-ordinating product set-up and pricing
  • help with preparing catalogues, brochures and other marketing collateral
  • organising ad hoc customer visits
  • assisting with promotional activities

Key skills

  • You will need to be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills, capable of working both alone as part of a team.
  • With excellent numeracy and literacy skills, you should have a good level of commercial awareness and be able to adapt to challenges as they arise.
  • A good knowledge of Word and Excel will also be needed along with the ability to use project management software.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
