Requirements
- Availability for shifts between earliest start of 06:45 and latest finish of 21:00. 5 days over 7
- Experience as a Receptionist / Front of house advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, typing skills
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., Scanner and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues or complaints arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
Responsibilities of post
- Greeting Members, providing information through several channels such as face to face, Email, or social media
- Taking payments / Cash handling
- Booking members into the centre, Setting up memberships
- Call handing and redirection
- Ensure reception area is clean, tidy and presentable
- Provide administration support when required
- Maintain Centre security by following safety procedures and controlling access via electronic doors and carpark barrier system
- Maintain visitor’s log
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily post/deliveries
- Stock taking and ordering
Salary will be depending on experience & age
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
