Location: Southwark, London

Salary: £28,755 per annum

Job Description

What You’ll Do

As a Hub Engagement Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting both service users and care professionals, ensuring that care delivery is safe, responsive, and person-centred. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Employee Engagement: Conduct well-being and engagement calls with Care Professionals, ensuring their concerns are addressed and offering support where needed.
  • Supervisions & Feedback: Carry out regular supervisions and share positive feedback to recognise outstanding care.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct Voice of the Customer surveys, gathering valuable feedback to improve care services.
  • Incident & Compliance Management: Oversee incident reporting, medication errors, and missed visits, ensuring they are documented and resolved appropriately.
  • Governance & Compliance: Monitor compliance, ensuring Care Professionals are up to date with supervisions, DBS checks, and training.
  • Reporting & Collaboration: Provide regular reports to the Care Manager and escalate any concerns to help drive service improvements.

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • A proactive and positive approach to team collaboration and customer service.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage complex situations with confidence.
