Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Tandoor Chef (within UK only) to join our team at an Indian restaurant in Newcastle, UK. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and have atleast 1 years of proven experience working as a Tandoor Chef in the UK. He must be aware of UK hygiene standard and must adhere to it. No Sponsorship given.

Duties:- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the Tandoor section- 50 hours weekly- Plan & Prep ahead of time for the busy days- Assist Head Chef and work as a team to build the brand- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen- Manage food costs and inventory effectively- Use Tandoor in day to day basis to make grills and Naans

Qualifications:- Proven experience working as a Tandoor Chef for atleast 1 years in the UK- Proven experience working in a busy kitchen environment- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting- A passion for delivering top-quality dishes to customers
