About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Senior Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic team in South Kensington. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing privately owned restaurant group that values creativity, high-quality ingredients, and a passion for exceptional cuisine.

With a focus on freshly sourced ingredients and carefully curated wine pairings, our menu takes inspiration from French cuisine and European classics, presented in a stylish urban setting. Our restaurant accommodates up to 80 covers and operates seven days a week , offering lunches, dinners, weekend brunches, and private dining events.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily running of the kitchen and service operations.

• Contribute to the overall success of the kitchen by delivering high standards and consistency.

• Ensure the highest level of food preparation and presentation.

• Uphold kitchen hygiene and food safety standards, including HACCP compliance.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to innovate and enhance menu offerings.

• Maintain excellent stock control and food cost management.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous fine dining experience within a similar restaurant environment.

• Currently operating at a Senior CDP level with a strong career history in high-quality establishments.

• A hands-on and inventive approach to cooking, with a deep passion for food.

• Excellent knowledge of food handling, preparation, and kitchen safety regulations.

• Strong teamwork and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior chefs.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Approximately £35,000 per annum (£16 per hour, up to 45 hours per week).
