Contract: Part Time, Casual contract

Hourly Rate: Up to £11.76 per hour

Carden Park Hotel are looking for passionate team members to join the The Vines restaurant. We have a variety of shifts available that would suit those looking for either full or part time roles. If you’re passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a love for food and drink, then we would love to meet you!

Your day with team Carden:

• To promote a helpful and professional image to the customer giving full co-operation to any customer requiring attention.
• To attend to all customer queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner, and with commitment to dealing with the issue in a positive way.
• To anticipate customer needs whenever possible to enhance the quality of service offered, to ensure customer loyalty is maintained.
• To Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere.
• To ensure the customer is treated correctly first time and every time.
• Compile feedback of guests comments throughout the evening and inform the Hostess. Refer any negative issues to the Manager on duty to deal with.
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness

The hours available are over a shift pattern of Thursday – Sunday.
