- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.

- Collaborate with the hospitality team to develop seasonal menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
- Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food preparation, and safety protocols.
- Monitor kitchen performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
