We are looking for exceptional Business Development Manager - B2B Catering at Sticks‘n'Sushi!
Full-time role - £45-£50k per annum

About the role
From our Copenhagen beginnings, our intention was always to be one of a kind. We ensure our guests enter our restaurant with a big IRASHAIMASSE (welcome to our restaurant) and leave us with the best feeling possible.
The right attitude is a must, experience is not always the most important thing. The ideal Business Development Manager candidate will beresponsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate guests, and driving revenue growth. This role involves working with restaurants, food service providers, and corporate clients to enhance business partnerships and expand market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate clients
- Identify, engage and drive partnerships with PAs, corporate offices, catering businesses, and food suppliers for business collaborations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and third-party catering companies
- Provide personally curated menus for corporate parties large or small. Innovative at creating bespoke solutions
- Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences in the restaurant industry
- Identify opportunities for menu customisation and pricing strategies
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing long-term contracts and high-value orders
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to enhance visibility in the corporate sector
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, chefs) to ensure seamless service execution
- Efficiently managing RFPs (Request for Proposals)
