This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in wine and hospitality! Do you have experience in the wine industry? If not are you willing to learn?

We are looking for a reliable, competent and passionate candidate to join in a venture! We are opening a new wine bar and are looking for someone with previous experience to join the team.

Duties:- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards and regulations.- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.- Train and develop bar staff, providing guidance on customer service, drink preparation, and safety protocols.- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting, preferably in a management role.- Strong knowledge of food production, hospitality, and culinary practices.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
