Male Pastoral Support Officer - Alternative Provision School (Oldham Town Centre)

The Supply Specialists are seeking a Male Pastoral Support Officer to join an Alternative Provision school in Oldham Town Centre.

This role involves working with young males who are at risk of entering the criminal justice system. As a positive role model, you will support students by delivering structured sessions, offering guidance, and helping those vulnerable to Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE), Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), or challenging home environments.

Pay Rate:£92.50 - £100 per day (flexibility available for experienced candidates)Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:00 PMLocation: Oldham, Greater ManchesterEssential Requirement:Team Teach Qualification (Non-Negotiable)

Requirements for the Role

• Must be Team Teach trained
• DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
• Live within commutable distance of Oldham
• Confident, proactive, and engaging personality
• Punctual and reliable
• Recent graduate or currently studying at university (No specific degree required, but subject relevance is a plus)
