Job Responsibility:
Closing Date: 09/04/2025 Hours: 18.75 hours per week (0.5 FTE) Salary:£29,000-£32,000 depending on experience, pro rata, plus London weighting of £1,000 pa if office based, and 7% employer's pension contribution. Based at: Office/hybrid or home: In the office at least one day a week or home-based with travel to the office twice a month. A Rocha UK's national office in Brentford, West London. Office hours: 9.00-5.30. About The Role Increasing and diversifying the sources of grant funding for A Rocha UK's work is key to our fundraising strategy. The Grants and Trusts Officer will play a key role identifying, securing and managing grants from a range of sources, including small trusts, large foundations, and Church denominations. In doing so, they will work closely with programme staff, CEO and Finance Director to develop funding bids, and coordinate closely with other members of the fundraising team, such as Major Donor Officer. They will also manage occasional legacies. The successful candidate will have previous experience securing funds from trusts, as well as excellent writing skills, an interest in the environment and an active Christian faith.
