We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graduate Designer to join our in-house design team at CHR Equipment Ltd. This is your opportunity to work on high-profile, sustainability-led kitchen projects across the UK - from Michelin-starred restaurants to large-scale public sector environments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Producing accurate and creative 2D and 3D kitchen designs using Revit, AutoCAD or similar tools
• Supporting the senior design team with project development, layout planning, and client presentations
• Working closely with sales, project management, and suppliers to ensure designs are achievable and commercially sound
• Learning how to integrate BIM and sustainability into modern kitchen design
• Attending site visits and client meetings with the team to gain real-world project experience

What We're Looking For

• A recent graduate in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Experience or strong interest in commercial kitchen or foodservice design
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
• Detail-oriented with an ability to meet deadlines and adapt to project needs
• A team player, willing to learn, take initiative, and grow within the business
