We are a family run business established in 1991 and have been providing quality care to elderly people living in their own homes for over 30 years. We were one of the first companies to provide homecare in the area and currently employ over 100 happy staff.

We are based in Poulton Le Fylde just outside of Blackpool, our locally based care teams provide quality services throughout the surrounding areas.

Our homecare workers only work in one region, usually their local area, meaning no long journeys to and from work or between calls. We have positions available in the following areas most suited to you:

· · Poulton

· Thornton Cleveleys

· Lytham St Annes

· Fleetwood

· Over Wyre

· Kirkham & Wesham

· Garstang

The main priority for this job role is to find caring people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes who can make a positive difference to lives of our clients and their families. Duties are varied, no two days are same. They include supporting clients with:

· Personal Care

· Medication Administration

· Domestic duties around the home including cooking/cleaning

· Accompanying clients to social activities/appointments/shopping

· Social Interaction

No previous experience is necessary, you will attend our robust in-house induction programme which includes on the job experience. This will equip you with the correct skills, knowledge and real-life experience for a rewarding career in care.

Do you want to gain qualifications? As part of our commitment to developing the best staff, those new to the industry will be enrolled on RQF Level 2 in health and social care with an assigned tutor. Experienced care workers will have the opportunity to expand their skillset with higher level RQF's and progress their careers with us.
