Java Cleaning Services is looking for a hard-working and reliable person to join our business. Experience of exterior cleaning would be nice.

We specialise in vacuum gutter clearing, exterior cleaning and maintenance in the residential sector, covering Leicestershire and Rutland. Your duties will include:

• gutter vacuum cleaning
• exterior washing- soffits, fascia's, conservatories, cladding, windows etc
• driveway/ patio cleaning.
• repairs to residential gutters
• providing quotes to customers
• problem solving and solution finding
• providing outstanding results, customer service and communication
• talking positively with customers, neighbours and anyone who asks you for information on our services.
• to have fun and smile. :)

The work is physically demanding and we work in all weathers. Although most of the work is ground based you will need a head for heights as some jobs require working on ladders, scaffolding and elevated platforms.

Training will be provided on all aspects of the role. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, going the extra mile and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is friendly and has a polite manner, good communication skills and is customer focused.

You must be able to work to a schedule with good time management, and use your initiative when problem solving is required. You will need to be adaptable and a fast learner. However, if you have the right attitude, everything else will be easy.

COMPANY VEHICLE

It is essential that you have a clean driving licence and you are a considerate driver. Experience of driving a van is preferred.

TEAM STRUCTURE

You will be working to a schedule, either as a pair or on your own.

TRAINING, DEVELOPMENT AND OPPORTUNITIES

Training will be provided for all the work you are expected to carry out. As we are an expanding company we are committed to helping you expand your role within the business and encourage professional development, supported by training where required.

DBS CHECKS

You will be required to have a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.

LOCATION

Java Cleaning Services is based in Kibworth and you will start work and finish there each day. It is essential that you are able to travel to and from our base independently.

SALARY

This position is a part-time job.

Hours: 16 hours per week. Days of work can be discussed at interview and can be flexible.
